Clean board
It is a composite board made of color-coated board, stainless steel, aluminum alloy board and other materials as surface material. The clean board has unique dust-proof, anti-static, antibacterial and other effects. It is widely used in clean engineering fields with strict indoor environment requirements such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, biology, aerospace, precision instrument manufacturing and scientific research.
Panel, core material
The core materials of purification boards are diverse, such as rock wool, glass magnesium, silica and other core materials, which can be used in different environments. Among them, rock wool purification boards have very good fire resistance and can be used in clean rooms with temperature and fire protection requirements. The fire protection grade of glass magnesium is Class A. It is often combined with rock wool core materials to form single glass magnesia wool purification boards or double glass magnesia rock wool purification boards, which are often used as wall panels in clean rooms. The fire protection grade of silica rock panels is Class A/B, and they are often used as ceiling panels in clean rooms.

- Center-mounted box board
- The four sides are pre-embedded with bow-shaped galvanized steel keels to increase the strength and sealing of the board.
- The wall panels are connected with center-shaped aluminum profiles, which is easy to install.
- The four sides of the ceiling board are made of heavy-duty center-shaped suspension beams, which are stronger.
Tongue and groove board
- Using the mother-in-line plug-in method, the seams are better sealed.
- There is a cavity reserved inside the plug interface, which can be used as a threading pipe, which is convenient and practical.
Pressed and formed at 90° outside the starting line, the seams are more beautiful.
